        1.Low cost

        The raw materials have a wide range of sources, which can make full use of local natural resources (corn, sweet potatos, beans, starchy materials), broken rice and micronutrients.

        3.Raw material

        4.Nutrition fortified rice

        After the nutritious rice is extruded into a rice shape from the extruder, it is pre-dried by a fluidized bed dryer and then sent to a low-temperature air circulation dryer to control the moisture of the finished rice to about 13%.

        Nutritious rice is eaten in the same way as ordinary rice. It needs to be cooked and eaten.

        Nutritional rice is mainly rice flour, which can be added with a variety of nutrients for different types of people. For example, for children, the elderly and the sick.

        Recently, the Indian government added micronutrients to nutritious rice made for students.This is very effective in solving the problem of nutritional deficiencies.

        5.There are two ways to make instant rice:

        (1)Microwave drying first, then vibrating fluidized bed drying.

        (2)Drying is fluidized bed and low temperature dryer.

        Self-heating rice, instant rice can be eaten after being steamed in a self-heating package.

        Instant rice can also be brewed with 80 degrees hot water. The shape and size of the rice grains are different.

        Because instant rice requires a short brewing time and better rehydration,  instant rice requires smaller grains.

        6.Main equipment of self-heating rice, instant rice and nutritional rice production line:

        (1)Twin screw extruder. This equipment can ripen rice into shape.

        (2)Microwave drying and puffing can dry the produced rice, and the rice can be baked and puffed, forming white bubbles inside.

        (3)Vibrating fluidized bed. The device can quickly remove the moisture on the surface of the rice and prevent it from sticking to each other after entering the oven. Nutritional rice should be at a low temperature, and self-heating instant rice should be at a high temperature.

        (4)Countercurrent cold zone machine. The temperature of the rice coming out of the oven can be cooled to within 5 degrees of room temperature. Prepare for immediate packaging.

        (5) Packaging machine. The device packs the rice after cooling.

        Vibrate fluid bed dryer:Vibrating fluidized bed, this device can quickly remove the moisture on the surface of the rice, preventing it from sticking to each other. Low temperature should be used for nutritious rice, and high temperature for self-heating instant rice.

        Microwave dryer:Dryer, low temperature and long time drying dryer, can slowly remove the moisture in the rice for a long time

        Counter flow cooler:The working principle of the counter-current cooler is: the material falls from the top, the wind goes from the bottom to the top, and the wind flows through the surface of the rice to take away the surface temperature of the rice to achieve the cooling effect.
